We sure do! Our storefront, Goose Express, offers a full selection of daily specials to take home hot and fresh. We also have cold to-go items in our coolers, homemade desserts, frozen soups, and trays to stock your freezers at home with our most popular items!

What is your process when catering large events?

We’ve catered events as large as 5,000 guests with 3 days notice, so our attention to detail is number one in our process! An Event Specialist will gather all the small details of your function to grasp needs for your event, along with everything you may not even think of!

Do you have any recommended venues for catering events?

We do! While these are venues that we frequently work with, we are in new and additional venues weekly.

How much notice do you need for catering?

Our availability is simply based off already existing events. In order to secure your date, booking is suggested as soon as possible. Typically, graduation parties are booked 6-12 months in advance. Weddings are booked 12-18 months in advance, but we’ve also pulled off a wedding with only 3 weeks notice! Smaller event such as birthdays, reunions, showers, baptisms, and communions are booked 1-3 months in advance. Office functions can typically be accommodated within a week’s notice and funerals, understandably, are booked with a few day’s notice.

What is the best way to place an order?

Orders can be placed with an Event Specialist by calling 412-258-5944 or by completing our contact form.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

We understand plans change constantly! Orders can be changed up to 7 days prior to your event date to ensure our inventory orders meet the needs of your event.

How do I pay for my order?

A credit card is required to hold on file to secure your date, however we prefer checks being mailed in prior to your event or given to the driver upon delivery.

Is a gratuity automatically added to my order?

Gratuity is not included on any order and is left to the customer’s discretion. Gratuity is never expected, but always greatly appreciated!

When do you need to know the number of guests?

Along with changes to your order, all final details including final guest count must be finalized 7 days prior to your event.

Are you able to accommodate dietary restrictions?

Certainly! We do have dietary and allergy friendly items, however we cannot guarantee that cross contamination will not occur in our facility or during transport.

Do you deliver anytime?

Yes! We deliver 7 days a week, 24 hours a day depending on our availability (excludes Christmas and Easter).

How far do you travel?

Based on our availability, we’ll travel up to 100 miles from our location in Oakdale, PA!

Do prices include delivery and chafing equipment?

No. Prices listed are for food only.

What is chafing equipment?

Chafing includes a wire rack, a deep aluminum water pan, and two 2-hour burning sternos are included per hot item.

How much is delivery?

Delivery prices vary based on distance and set up equipment required. A more specific breakdown of delivery costs can be found here.

What does "tableware included" mean?

Tableware consists of three compartment Styrofoam plates, prepackaged plastic utensils, napkins, and serving utensils for a one-sided buffet. Additional utensils and chafing equipment can be added for an additional cost.

Do you offer chefs for on-site cooking?

We do! Depending on your event and our availability we’ll determine if an on-site chef would suit your needs. Chefs do require an event assistant.
